This house, that I had the chance to shoot, was one of the oldest I’ve shot so far. It was built in 1940 and the same owner has had it since 1978. The house is located in an area of Nashville that property is skyrocketing and if you own land in these areas and try to sell, it goes fast and at a great profit for you!  So this house is located on New Natchez Trace in west Nashville, near Vanderbilt University.  The neighborhood is made up of old and new homes.

According to Zillow, this house was purchased in 1978 for $70,000. It’s selling for almost $500,000!  Talk about a great investment! The person who owned the home had to go into a nursing home. So the area around the house has been left to overgrowth and in need of a facelift. But the right person could make the outside an amazing area and easily add more value to this vintage home.

This is a great home that is truly a vintage home that could be modernized to your liking and made into a beautiful place!
